The Jesus River Festival is a multi-denominational event intended to lift up Christ in Wakulla County rather any specific churches. It is a party, a celebration of the work that Christ can do in our lives and in our community. Through music, worship, dance and praise we seek to strengthen our personal relationship with the Lord and invite others to meet him.
The Festival is hosted by Wakulla One. Wakulla One is a network of Christians in Wakulla County made up of people of all ages, all denominations, and all races. What do we have in common? We are the Body of Christ. Our goal is that each of us, as a part of the body of Christ, are working together to bring the revelation of Christ to Wakulla County and ultimately the world. No matter where you are on you walk with Christ, we invite you and your family to join us in the Sopchoppy City Park on Saturday, March 10, 2018 for the 10th annual Jesus River Festival.
If you or your church family would like to participate with the festival there are several ways you can help. Most importantly we are asking that you pray for and attend the festival. Other ways to participate include; Preachers and lay speakers can deliver a short message between performances. Volunteers are needed to help with food preparation and serving and helping with the children's ministries, welcoming guests at the gate and event set-up and break-down. Intercessors are needed to provide prayer in the ministry tent. Churches may set up tables to share information about their programs and ministries Christian ministries may set up tables for fund raising purposes.
